Motion by the appellant to stay discovery in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 2, 2019. Separate motion by Sara Anderson Frey, an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellant on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay discovery is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for Sara Anderson Frey to be admitted pro hac vice is granted.
