DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants pro se to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), to waive the filing fee, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive certification of the record is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the filing fee is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is extended until November 14, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
