ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 7, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated October 9, 2018, and March 6, 2019, respectively, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "October 4, 2019" and substituting therefor the date "October 7, 2019."
