Appeal by Kareem Doran from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 18, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 26, 2019, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material on or before August 26, 2019. The appellant has failed to file the affidavit or affirmation.
