| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 28, 2016, to include the felony complaint of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, under Docket No. 2014QN017544 and, in effect, for leave to serve and file a replacement reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll to include the felony complaint of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, under Docket No. 2014QN017544 is denied as unnecessary as the felony complaint is already part of the record; and it is further,
