DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the East Williston Union Free School District and the Board of Education of the East Williston Union Free School District, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 26, 2019, and to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the Incorporated Village of East Williston for leave to intervene.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right is dismissed, without costs and disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order is denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion which is for leave to intervene is denied as academic.
