| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children to be provided with the transcript of the proceedings which occurred on September 6, 2017, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated July 25, 2018, and November 13, 2018, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the stenographer(s) and/or the transcription service(s) is directed to promptly make and certify two transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on September 6, 2017, in the above-entitled matter; in the case of stenographers, both transcripts shall be filed with the clerk of the Family Court, and the clerk of the Family Court shall furnish one of such certified transcripts to the attorney for the children, Carl D. Birman, 626 Meadow Street, Mamaroneck, NY 10543, (914)630-4680, without charge; in the case of transcription services, one transcript shall be filed with the clerk of the Family Court and one transcript shall be delivered to the attorney for the children. The attorney for the children is directed to provide copies of said transcript to all of the other parties to the appeals, when the attorney for the children serves a brief upon those parties; and it is further,
ORDERED that the attorney for the children is directed to serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
