| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated June 14, 2018, with an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered January 30, 2019, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the orders to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the orders are deemed to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and on or before November 25, 2019, the appellant shall correct the covers of the copies of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-02540, efile copies of the record and briefs that contain the corrected covers, and serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment, and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment.
