Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 16, 2019, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
