Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 20, 2018. By order to show cause dated August 20, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic. Application to withdraw the appeal.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the stipulation of the parties dated August 22, 2019, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied as academic.
