DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Bernadine C., and separate appeal by Jahquan S., from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 5, 2019. By orders to show cause both dated September 5, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings for failure to comply with scheduling orders dated July 16, 2019, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).

Now, upon the orders to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions to dismiss the appeals are granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the scheduling orders dated July 16, 2019, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).
