Motion by Cirilo Alcantara for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated March 29, 2017, determining an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered March 29, 2017. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 22, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
