An Article 78 proceeding to review a determination of respondent, dated June 4, 2019, having been transferred to this Court, pursuant to CPLR 7804(g), by order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 1, 2019, And petitioner-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the determination, which imposed a $10,000 penalty, pending hearing and determination of the proceeding, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on condition the proceeding is perfected for the February 2020 Term.
