| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on appeals from seven judgments of the County Court, Rockland County, all rendered October 11, 2016, and for leave to file certain exhibits to the supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before December 23, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
