An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 21, 2019, insofar as it denied plaintiff-appellant's motion to stay the enforcement of eleven judgments by confession without the posting of a bond, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an order staying enforcement of all of the aforesaid judgments by confession pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.ENTERED: October 24, 2019
