Application by Natalia Vassilieva, as executor of the estate of Natalia Skvortsova, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Natalia Skvortsova, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 25, 2017, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Natalia Vassilieva, as executor of the estate of Natalia Skvortsova, is substituted for the deceased appellant Natalia Skvortsova, and the caption is amended accordingly.
