Appeal by Mirelys Diaz from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 14, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2019, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until September 27, 2019. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
