| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Glen A. Plotsky, counsel for the respondent, on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated April 5, 2018, and an order of the same court dated January 29, 2019, to be relieved, and for the assignment of new counsel, and, in effect, to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Glen A. Plotsky is relieved as counsel for the respondent, and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Mental Hygiene Law § 10.13 (c) and County Law article 18-B, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:
