| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to strike stated portions of the respondent's appendix on appeals from orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 2, 2017 and dated July 11, 2018, and December 28, 2018, respectively, and to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pages RA1 through RA38, RA64 through RA69, and RA71 through RA168 are stricken from the respondent's appendix, and on or before November 13, 2019, the respondent shall remove the stricken material from the copies of the respondent's appendix filed with the Clerk of the Court or serve and file a replacement respondent's appendix which does not contain the stricken material; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is extended until November 25, 2019, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
