Motion by the Attorney General, counsel of record for the respondent in connection with an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered September 6, 2017, under Superior Court Information No. 229/17, for leave to serve and file a brief on appeals from that judgment and a judgment of the same court, also rendered September 6, 2017, under Indictment No. 80/17.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Attorney General shall serve and file a brief on the appeals on or before November 25, 2019.
