| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 13, 2018, to strike stated portions of the respondent's brief on the ground that those portions of the brief contain "erroneous statements," and to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to strike stated portions of the respondent's brief is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before November 4, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
