Motion by the respondents to dismiss appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) and an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated November 13, 2018, for failure to prosecute. Cross motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is extended until November 25, 2019.
