Motion by Gabriel Raymond Falco, also known as Gabriel Falco, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 16, 2018, and November 21, 2018, respectively, to reinstate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 30, 2017, which was deemed withdrawn by decision and order on application of this Court dated December 20, 2018, to stay enforcement of the orders pending hearing and determination of the appeals, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel. Separate motion by Gabriel Raymond Falco, inter alia, to reinstate the appeal from the order dated August 27, 2018, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel,
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders dated November 16, 2018, and November 21, 2018, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to reinstate the appeals from the orders dated August 30, 2017, and August 27, 2018, respectively, are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
