ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeal by Percival E. Bailey, Jr. from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 12, 2019.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeal are directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that no appeal lies from an order of a support magistrate before objections have been reviewed by a judge of the Family Court (see Family Ct Act § 439[e]) by filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court and serving one copy of the same on each other on or before November 19, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties, by regular mail.
