| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from two orders of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated May 16, 2019, and June 25, 2019, respectively, on the ground that the orders are neither appealable as of right nor by permission pursuant to CPL 450.10 and 450.15.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from order dated June 25, 2019, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.
BALKIN, J.P., LASALLE, CONNOLLY and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
