ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 29, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 14, 2019, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "November 28, 2019" and substituting therefor the words "November 29, 2019."
