Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered September 6, 2018, and December 20, 2018, and an application having been made by Douglas M. DeMarchÉ, Esq., for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers in support of the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq. 2103 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon each party to the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the Attorney for the Child submit his briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before November 25, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
