Appeal by Juan Cabrera from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered February 14, 2018. By order to show cause dated September 5, 2019, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the appellant has abandoned the appeal.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
