| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the appellant Nature Conservancy, separate application by the appellants Robert Burke and Teri Burke, and separate application by the appellants Noel B. Donohoe and Joann Donohoe, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 21, 2010. By order to show cause dated September 25, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the appellants have abandoned the appeals. The applications were held in abeyance in the interim.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the applications, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are denied as academic.
