| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants pro se, inter alia, to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, entered December 31, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive certification of the record is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is extended until December 2, 2019, and the record on the appeal and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
