Motion by Joseph Gravagna for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (IDV Part), dated September 24, 2019, and to enforce a visitation order of the same court dated March 27, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
