| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants-respondents on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 19, 2017, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), for leave to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 25, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
