Motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 4, 2016, and October 31, 2018, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated October 31, 2018, is granted, and time to perfect that appeal is extended until December 6, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 4, 2016, is denied as premature; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as those appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]).
