By order dated March 29, 2019, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter
dated August 15, 2019, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated September 13, 2019, counsel was relieved of the assignment.
Thereafter, by letter dated September 18, 2019, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by October 15, 2019. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.
Now,
therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
