Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 12, 2018, and October 26, 2018, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's assigned counsel, Robert M. Garcia, 320 Carleton Avenue, Suite 3900, Central Islip, NY 11722, 631-455-5121, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in this matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeals:

and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are granted, the appeals are consolidated, and the time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]) and by serving and filing the brief on the appeals is extended until December 9, 2019.
