| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Trevor K. Rupnarain for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Rupnarain was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on August 6, 1990, under the name Trevor Krishna Rupnarain. By opinion and order of this Court dated November 29, 2011, Mr. Rupnarain was disbarred upon his resignation, effective immediately, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law (Matter of Rupnarain, 90 AD3d 29).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Trevor Krishna Rupnarain's character and fitness to practice law.
