Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered March 2, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the pro se supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney, on or before January 7, 2020.
