Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 1, 2017, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered September 28, 2018, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment, and, in effect, to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order entered December 1, 2017, are deemed to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment entered September 28, 2018, and on or before December 9, 2019, the appellant shall correct the covers of the hard copies of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-00710, file digital copies of the record and briefs that contain the corrected covers, and serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment.
