ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 7, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 20, 2013, is amended by deleting from third decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 10, 2019," and substituting therefor the date "January 10, 2020."
