Separate motions by Dawn Kelly Watson and Aselin E. W. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated August 15, 2019, and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of their respective appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
