Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion to vacate and deem a nullity a notice of entry of a decision and order of this Court dated January 9, 2019, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, entered May 5, 2017. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 10, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
