DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 28, 2019, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered March 19, 2019, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2019. Application by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 12, 2019, the appellants shall correct the covers of the record and the appellants' brief filed with the Clerk of the Court to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-07516, file digital copies of the record and the appellants' brief which contain the corrected covers, and serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until January 13, 2020, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
