of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 13, 2019, which granted certain interim educational decision making authority to plaintiff, And defendant-appellant having moved for an order staying enforcement of the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, and enforcing a provision of the parties' April 26, 2017 Stipulation of Settlement relating to educational decisions, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is denied.
