Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 8, 2019, to vacate a stay of enforcement of the judgment, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 9, 2019, on condition that the appellant prefect the appeal on or before September 9, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 9, 2019, is vacated forthwith.
