| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 30, 2019, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 14, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 2, 2019, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the decision of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 31, 2017, the certified hospital records of Southampton Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital, and the photographs of the respondent Richard A. Castaldini's injuries; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is extended until January 2, 2020, and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
