Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 25, 2018, as untimely taken. Separate motion by Wisdom Ventures, LLC, inter alia, for leave to intervene.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by Wisdom Ventures, LLC, which is for leave to intervene is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by Wisdom Ventures, LLC, is otherwise denied as academic.
