Motion by the appellant Kathleen McMullen Smith to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 7, 2019, and an order of the same court also entered March 7, 2019. Separate motion by the appellant William Michael Smith to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
