Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that, to the extent that appellant seeks to vacate a dismissal, the motion is dismissed as unnecessary, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that it seeks an extension, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 7, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
