Motion to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 5, 2018, and a judgment of the same court dated October 17, 2018, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 30, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the order dated April 5, 2018, and the judgment will be calendared together with the appeal from the order dated April 30, 2018, and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
