DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Queens County, one dated October 5, 2018, and three dated October 9, 2018.

Upon the stipulation of the parties dated September 16, 2019, it is

ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated October 9, 2019, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2018-13239, 2018-13241, and 2018-13242 are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before December 6, 2019, the appellant and the respondent shall delete Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2018-13239, 2018-13241, and 2018-13242 from the covers of the copies of their respective briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court, the appellant shall delete Queens County Family Court Docket Nos. O-17874-17, O-17912-17, and O-17919-17 from the covers, and remove the RADIs concerning Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2018-13239, 2018-13241, and 2018-13242 from the addendum, of the copies of the appellant's brief filed with the Clerk of the Court, and the appellant and the respondent shall file replacement digital copies of their respective briefs with the foregoing corrections.
